Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Printora Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, approving artwork, or making payment, you agree to the following industry‑standard terms for custom apparel, printing, and signage services.

1. Orders & Artwork Approval

All orders are considered custom unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs prior to production.
Approval confirms acceptance of design, colors, spelling, sizing, quantities, and placement.
Printora Designs is not responsible for errors once artwork has been approved.

2. Custom Products & No Returns

Due to the custom nature of printed apparel and signage, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom items unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Slight variations in color, size, or placement are considered normal industry tolerances and are not defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change until payment is received.
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rush orders, design changes, or additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Any applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

4. Production Time & Turnaround

Production times are estimates and begin after artwork approval and payment are received.
Delays caused by customer revisions, late approvals, supply shortages, or acts beyond our control are not the responsibility of Printora Designs.
Rush production is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

5. Color Accuracy & Materials

Colors may vary due to monitor settings, ink, fabric type, and printing methods.
Exact color matching (including Pantone) is not guaranteed unless specifically quoted and approved.
Fabric and material availability may change; substitutions of equal or greater quality may be used when necessary.

6. Customer‑Supplied Items

Printora Designs is not responsible for damage to customer‑supplied garments or materials during printing.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for customer‑supplied items under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property & Licensing

The customer confirms they have the legal right to use all logos, designs, trademarks, and artwork provided.
Printora Designs is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement based on customer‑supplied artwork.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Printora Designs harmless from any related claims.

8. Overruns & Underruns

Industry standard overruns or underruns of up to ±5% may occur and will be considered acceptable fulfillment.
Billing will reflect the actual quantity produced unless otherwise agreed.

9. Shipping & Pickup

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Printora Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment or pickup.

10. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
Any approved changes after artwork approval may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

11. Limitation of Liability

Printora Designs’ liability is limited to the cost of the goods produced.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Montana.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order with Printora Designs constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Short Form – Invoice / Estimate Terms
By approving this invoice or making payment, the customer acknowledges that all items are custom-made. All sales are final once production begins. Customer is responsible for artwork approval. Printora Designs is not liable for errors after approval. Overruns/underruns of ±5% are industry standard. Montana law applies.

Website Checkout Acceptance Clause
By placing an order with Printora Designs, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your artwork and agree to our full Terms & Conditions. All custom orders are final once production begins.

Artwork Approval Language (Proofs)
Approval of artwork confirms acceptance of layout, spelling, colors, quantities, sizes, and placement. Printora Designs is not responsible for errors after approval. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delayed turnaround.
