Secure Your Slot

Apparel: 50% deposit starts the job.

Hard Goods/Promo: 100% upfront payment.
Once payment is received, your order is officially in the production queue.

Step 04

Production & Delivery

Our crew builds your gear using the methods from the Quick Specs table above. We’ll send you photos of the finished product, you settle the remaining balance (for apparel), and we ship it via DHL or UPS with tracking included.

What are your payment terms

Our payment structure depends on the type of product you are ordering:

Custom Apparel: We require a 50% deposit to begin production. Once your order is complete, we will share photos of the finished items with you. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before your order is shipped.

Non-Apparel Items: For all signage, promotional products, and hard goods, 100% upfront payment is required before production or sourcing begins.

What is your standard turnaround time

Our standard production time is typically 10 to 14 business days after artwork approval and payment are received. Please note that turnaround times can vary based on order volume, seasonal demand, and supply chain availability.

What printing method do you use for performance wear

For Dri-Fit, Polyester, and Blended fabrics, we use Sublimation Printing. This process dyes the ink directly into the fibers, ensuring the design never cracks or peels while maintaining the garment’s moisture-wicking properties.

How do you print on cotton products

For Cotton t-shirts and hoodies, we utilize DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. This is the modern industry standard for vibrant, full-color designs that offer excellent durability and a soft-hand feel.

Do you offer embroidery

Yes! We offer professional Embroidery for front-placement logos on select products, such as hats, polos, and outerwear. This is an ideal choice for a premium, long-lasting, and corporate look.

How will my order be shipped

We ship all orders via DHL or UPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery. Once your final payment is processed and your package is in transit, we will provide you with a tracking number.
