At Printora LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital design and professional managed print fulfillment services to our B2B clients. Because our services involve custom creative work and personalized physical products, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Custom Design Services

All graphic design services—including logo creation, brand identity suites, and marketing collateral layouts—are considered “Service-Based Goods.”

Cancellations: You may cancel a design project at any time prior to the commencement of work for a full refund. Once design work has begun, a “kill fee” proportional to the work completed will be deducted from any refund.

Refunds: Because design is a labor-intensive service, we do not offer full refunds once the final digital assets have been delivered. We provide a set number of revision rounds (as specified in your project quote) to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

2. Managed Print & Merchandise Fulfillment

Printora LLC operates as a digital-first agency. We manage the technical specifications and fulfillment of physical goods (T-shirts, hoodies, business cards, etc.) through our network of third-party U.S.-based printing partners.

Personalized Goods: Under U.S. consumer law and industry standards, custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for “buyer’s remorse” or “change of mind.”

Defects or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [Your Professional Email] within 14 days of delivery. You must provide high-quality photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partners to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Sizing Issues: Because items are printed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered. Please consult the size charts provided before finalizing your B2B order.

3. Cancellation of Orders

Print Orders: Once an order is sent to our fulfillment partners, it enters an automated production queue and cannot be canceled or modified.

Subscription/Retainer Services: If you are on a monthly creative retainer, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strive to resolve all client concerns directly. We encourage clients to contact our support team at [Your Professional Email] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in the immediate suspension of all active services and the withholding of future digital asset deliveries.
