These Terms & Conditions govern your use of printoradesigns.com and your orders with Printora Designs LLC ("Printora," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (quantity, garment, decoration method, artwork). Final pricing is confirmed before production begins. An order is placed when you approve your final quote and digital proof. Minimum order quantities apply and are listed on each product.
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before production begins. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or on your invoice.
Standard turnaround is typically 7–14 business days from proof approval, plus shipping time. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, unless a rush deadline is agreed in writing. We ship to addresses within the United States. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon shipment; we will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments.
Minor variations in garment color, ink color, and print placement are inherent to custom decoration and are not considered defects. Garment availability is subject to supplier stock; if an item becomes unavailable, we will propose a comparable substitute before production.
Because every product is custom-made for you, our Refund & Reprint Policy governs returns, reprints, and refunds. In short: we make it right if we made a mistake.
Orders may be cancelled or changed free of charge any time before proof approval. After proof approval, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled; costs already incurred (garments ordered, screens burned) may be charged.
Website content, design, and branding are the property of Printora Designs LLC. The Design Studio is provided for creating designs for orders with us; designs you create from your own artwork remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed event deadlines outside agreed rush terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
